A Missouri resident, who visits a college in Boston, has been arrested for a supposedly firearm bombing of Tesla car dealership using Molotov Cocktails in Kansas City, Missouri while home to the spring vacation, Federal authorities said on Friday.
Owen Makintir, 19 -year -old by Kansas City, Missouri initially made a court appearance in the US District Court in Massachusetts on Friday to face federal charges, according to a message from the Ministry of Justice.
According to the criminal complaint filed in the Western district of Missouri and unsealed on Friday, Mcintire has been charged with a census for illegal possession of an unregistered devastating device and a number of malicious damage from the fire of any property used in interstate trade.
“Allow me to be extremely clear to anyone who still wants to fix Tesla’s property: you won’t run us out,” said General Prosecutor Pamela Bondi in a statement. “You will be arrested. You will be chased. You will spend decades behind bars. Not worth it.”

On Friday, it was not clear which college or university McCintier visited in Boston.
“The crimes have consequences. The people behind these violent and dangerous attacks against private property will face decades in prison – we will not conclude transactions and we will not negotiate,” Deputy Prosecutor Todd Blanche said in a statement.
FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement that this was the second arrest this week of a suspect, accused of targeting Tesla, adding that the arrest was “more proof that the FBI will not stand for these destructive actions.”
“These actions are dangerous, they are illegal and we will arrest the responsible persons,” Patel said. “We will work with our partners at the Ministry of Justice to be responsible for anyone who commits such crimes. I congratulate our FBI teams in Kansas City and Boston for their work.”
Federal agents and forensic experts have restored and analyzed key evidence – including Molotov cocktails – used “in this deliberate and dangerous arson attack,” Dan Dr. Driscol’s alcohol, firearms and explosives said in a statement.
“It was not a vandalism – it was a violent criminal,” said Driscol. “Thanks to the relentless work of ATF special agents and our narrow coordination with the FBI and local law enforcement agencies, we now have a suspect in custody. I am committed to guaranteeing that ATF continues to stand on the first line of public safety. ATF will not tolerate those who incite political violence in our community.”

According to a statement filed in support of the federal criminal appeal, on March 17 at about 11:16 pm, an employee of Kansas City, Missouri, a police station near the center of Tesla in Kansas, saw smoke coming from the gray cybercat parked in the parking lot of the KC Tesla Center.
The employee also saw a suspected ignition device near the burning cyber.
Police officers have restored a continuous ignition device, also known as Molotov cocktail, federal officials said. The fire spread from the cyber and the second cyber and the batch. The Kansas City Fire Service responded to the scene to extinguish the fire.
