Judge Francisco Domingz of the 205th District Court gave a temporary restraining order.

The hearing temporary order to determine the future of the business is scheduled for 9 am on Thursday, June 12, in the 168th District Court at the Court of Justice of Enrique Moreno District in the center of El Passo.

The investigation into the massage salon began on January 30, when an investigator by the inconvenience team noted that the establishment was opened at the 6301 airport road in East El Paso, according to a petition for a court case. A search of the district records revealed that the license to massage the salon had expired in 2024, according to the petition.

Law enforcement agencies began monitoring the location between February 4 and May 16. Employees have been reported to have seen mostly men entering the business, with a woman coming out of a “quick exit of business,” said the petition stated in the petition stated in the petition

The agent paid for a massage by a woman who identified himself as “mia”, according to a declaration attached to the trial. The woman is said to be offering sexual services to undercover agents for $ 60. Initially, the woman wanted $ 100 to have a sexual intercourse, but reduced the cost to $ 60.

The El Passo Police Department undercover visited the massage salon on February 25, February 27 and March 20. The woman offered every employee sexual services for $ 60, the declaration said. On May 16, a special undercover agent DPS went to the massage salon and is also offered sex $ 60, Affidavit said.

Along with the allegations of prostitution, the massage salon claims that there are at least 27 violations of the Texas Code of Professions and 33 violations of the Texas Code for Civil Practice and the means of protection.
