Piedmont, California.A sorrowful family on Wednesday brought a case of misconduct, stemming from a deadly crash in a cyberrtek in Piedmont, where three students died on the day before the Thanksgiving.

Carl and Noel Tsukahara, the parents of 19-year-old Krista Tsukahara, sue Soren Dixon’s estate, who was the 19-year-old driver of Kibert. Also appointed as a defendant is Charles Patterson, the owner of the vehicle in the November crash. Patterson is a relative of Dixon.

There are also unnamed defendants listed as “straight 1 to 20”, which the plaintiffs claim could be amended if evidence or corporate entities that play a role in the crash.

Autopsy reports show that Dixon had alcohol, cocaine and meth in his system. Tsukahara and Nelson also tested positively about alcohol and cocaine.

The Tsukahara family says they have filed the case to receive more details about what happened before 3am on November 27, 2024, when Dixon drives Kiberuk to his relative and crashes with three other friends, including the daughter of Carl and Noel, Cryston, Jack Nelson, 20 years old, and Jordan Miller.

“The family still does not know what the course of events was, which led to this catastrophe and why this vehicle caught fire. The family wants and deserves answers to these questions,” the Tsukukhara family said.

The family is looking for access to Kiberuk himself, who is currently with the California highway patrol, family lawyer Roger Dr. to KTVU told.

Ktvu turned to Patterson on the phone, but was told there was no comment.

History

Police said Dickson has accelerated, although the exact speed has not been publicly announced and that he was bumped into a tree of Hampton Road and King Avenue in Piedmont.

At the effects, Tesla Cybertruck took care of fire, and Dixon, Tsukahara and Nelson were killed.

Miller was the only one who survived – he was removed from a friend who broke the vehicle’s windows and dragged him to safety.

Community members say that Miller has since returned to the University of Wisconsin, where he is a business student.

In a court case on Wednesday, parents claim that Dixon “casually and casually drove” cyberrtek, losing control of the car, which made him start.

“This fire, which began after the collision, led to the death of the late Crista Michel Tsukahara, which was trapped in the subject vehicle,” the lawsuit said.

Parents say Patterson casually entrusted Dixon to Cyberk “in such a way as to cause and/or contribute to the occurrence of the incident.”

The parents said on Wednesday, by statement from a representative that Krista was not physically injured in the crash, but was trapped in Kiberuk after he was lit.

“Krista was sitting in the rear passenger seat of the vehicle when she crashed into a tree and lit. She was not physically injured, but she was tragically trapped in the vehicle while she burned it, saying she couldn’t escape,” says Kelly Demarko, a family representative.

Parents say they have suffered both economically and non -economic damage, including the loss of their daughter, “Love, Comfort, Comfort, Care, Help, Protection, Love, Society and Moral Support.”

The Tsukahara family claims the damage to the medical expenses they have carried out by the care received before their deaths, in addition to the damage to her personal property. They also want monetary damage to cover the cost of funeral and funeral, along with the cost of their legal action.

“Krista was a beautiful, bright young woman with her entire life in front of her,” says her father Carl in a statement. “We had to endure not only for the loss of our daughter, but to our son the loss of his sister, but we had to suffer from the silence of those who were with her tonight and how it was that someone could be in this vehicle that was in relative use of alcohol and drugs. Our family is looking for additional information about all aspects.”

Dr., the family’s lawyer, reiterated that Krista’s parents were looking for answers to learn who was responsible for the Cyberk Catastrophe.

“Our customers do not want to speculate who is to blame,” Dr. Dr. said. “They want answers and additional information to see who is responsible for this tragedy and who played a role in the death of their daughter.”

The lawsuit does not define Tesla as a defendant.

KTVU turned to the other families involved in the crash in the past, and they demanded their confidentiality.

At that moment, no other family brought a case.
