The hotel manager, who “exploits” his position “to indulge in a fetish on his foot,” has been closed for 10 years after being found guilty of a series of sexual assaults.
Ahmed Fahmi, a 46-year-old from Barnett, northwestern London, was found guilty last July for a census for rape and three allegations of sexual assault after a two-week trial of Harow Crown, who sits in the court of Handon’s magistrates.
The crimes date between 2008 and 2024, the court heard.
Ahmed Fami, 46 -year -old, sexually attacked several women to “indulge in his feet”, heard the court (Sofia Police)
His victims included women staying at a hotel and, during investigating detectives, associated Fahmi with two other non-interpreting sexual attacks that largely focused on him, touching the women’s feet.
On Wednesday, Fahmi appeared in the same court via a video connection from HMP Wormwood Scrubs and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with an extension period of three years.
The extended sentence consists of a detention period, which reflects the seriousness of the violator, followed by an extended license, according to CPS.
Matthew Dalton, the prosecutor’s office, said “the case is that the defendant used his position, working in two hotels to indulge in a fetish on his foot,” sexually visited victims and later abused his position, raped a guest of the hotel.
On January 19, 2024, four women traveled to London and stayed at a hotel in Golders Green, northwestern London, where Fahmy worked.
The group was divided overnight and three of the women returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, but then they realized that they did not have the key to the room.
Fahmi claims that there is no other key to the room and requested that one of the women withdrew 80 pounds from a nearby receipt so that he could stay in another room, the Sofia police said.
Famille put her in a separate room.
She got into bed, but woke up from Fahmi, licking her leg.
She told him no and left and he left, but the woman woke up a second time from Fahmi, doing such a thing. She kicked it and said no again, police said before.
The fourth member of the group arrived at the hotel later in the morning. She told Fahmi that she had lost her key in the room while she was out.
Fahmi maneuver her in her bedroom, where she raped her, police said.
The women moved to another hotel later on the morning of January 20.
A day later, police were summoned to Regent Park, where the woman was found in difficulty after being separated from her friends again, force said.
She could not tell the police where the new hotel was so that the employees plan to bring her back to her original hotel, where they hoped to find contact information about their friends.
The woman started crying and told the employees that she could not return to the hotel, as the manager had raped her, police said before.
Fahmi was arrested on suspicion of rape, and the other member of the group, which Fahi sexually visited earlier, also announced what happened to her.
Police said Fahmi was connected by two other non-spinning sexual abuses in which he had touched the women’s legs. In one case, this led to his arrest and no further action was taken.
Famille was accused of touching the victim’s feet in a room in a hotel where he worked at Canning Town, East London, in the other case.
A victim who was sexually attacked in January last year, a statement to influence the victim through prosecutors that she “lost confidence in men” said.
She added, “I’m angry about what happened. I don’t sleep well at night, I also don’t see friends so much.”
Ged O’Connor, defending, said that Fahmi spent his time in arrest “very fruitful” and has a “trusted status”.
Judge John Lodge told the defendant that he would be subordinated to an order to prevent harm and said he had already registered as a sexual criminal who would continue for the rest of his life.
He said he had come to find that the defendant was “someone who is dangerous”, adding: “I come to this finding, taking into account the number of crimes, their circumstances and the fact that you have managed to manipulate your position to commit these crimes.”
The judge added: “You were in circumstances where you can see vulnerable people, often vulnerable, because they came to London to enjoy yourself, to drink and you took advantage.
“I’m completely pleased to be a dangerous offender.”
Detectives are now appealing for more potential casualties, as they believe that Fahmi’s insult was widespread.
Detective Police James Gome of the Sofia Police, who is leading the investigation, said: “Fahmi uses manipulations to abuse his position as a hotel worker and get closer to his victims. He demonstrates a clear model of insult and abuse.
“I would also like to praise the victims so far who have shared their experience of courage they have shown during the investigation and court proceedings.
“We believe that there may be other victims and I would encourage anyone who is affected to contact us – you will be heard and receive specialized support and guidance not only by the police but also from independent charities and services.”
Potential victims can contact the police by reporting online or by emailing nwmailbox.sapphire@met.police.uk, who will arrange contact with them.
