If there are any things, you know, you may look at a smaller house like discussing Claire, or maybe you look at a different neighborhood, which is a little less price, you know, you have these honest conversations and then you know, you really get your ducks in a row because there are some markets where homes are still for sale. So that means you know, you have to be ready to move, um after you see what you are looking for on the market.

Absolutely not, you know, this is the best week to sell, but the next few weeks are almost as good. The risk you run, getting deeper in spring and summer, is that more sellers are coming to the market, which means that you will encounter more competition from other sellers.
