President Donald Trump has forgotten against Jeffrey Epstein Mailstrom that his base owns it, not the other way around, according to the legendary journalist Tina Brown.
Longtime editor of Media Powerbroker and Daily Beast told The Daily Beast Podcast that Trump’s response to Maga’s fury has served only to alienate it from some of his most ardent supporters.
“It is as if he is forgetting who owns it, right?” said Brown, who first met Trump and Epstein when everyone was at the center of the social scene in New York in the 1980s and 90s. “And now he is crazy as hell, because they must be owned by him.”
On Tuesday, the president was torn apart in his own supporters that he continued to require answers for Epstein, who died in prison in 2019 while waiting for a trial of sexual traffic charges. The Ministry of Justice and the FBI officially denied that it had a “list of clients” on Epstein and insisted that he had died of suicide, not a murder.

“My past supporters have joined this” bulls-t “,” hook, line and sinking. ” They have not learned their lesson and will probably never be tied to the lunatic left for 8 years, “Trump writes.
Brown, who founded the Daily Beast with the Media Titan Barry Diller in 2008, called the publication “Unscrupulous” because it shows that the president confused the dynamics of his relationship with his supporters.
“I want to say, as we know, a famous one said,” I could go on Fifth Avenue and shoot someone and my base will still love me, “she told Beast Hugh Dough Dough Dough. “He finds this uprising deeply aggravating because they just have to go into order and worship him.”
It seems that his base is finally approaching the fact that he thinks they are stupid, she added, and they don’t buy it when he tries to secure the Epstein scandal to the Democrats.
Brown noted that Candice Owens wrote: “It is almost so that Trump thinks his base is stupid.” And I think you are thinking?
“Do you think he wants to hang out with many of these people? No, he doesn’t.”
Trump’s efforts to claim that Epstein Fury is some kind of democratic plot to undermine him is too ridiculous to convince his supporters. “Even Maga doesn’t buy this,” Brown said. “Something has to hit him in the shower or something like that:” I can blame the Democrats. ” It is too late … This is not a skillful use of a lie, which is usually very effective on his side.

Magi’s supporters begin to wonder if Trump – who felt they had spoken directly to them, instead of showing them contempt like other elites – it really is their man.
“Suddenly it’s like Trump doesn’t talk to them anymore. He’s acting as if they were fools.
“He really judged this because he generally tells them – he treats them like the global elite that they hate so much, always treated them,” she said. “This is not good. This is not their man.”
The scandal can be the turning point, which finally begins to erode the power of Teflon Don, Brown added.
“This is a very dangerous moment. I think about Trump … This has always been his power – that they believe that they have this intimate relationship of sensitivity and value for him,” she said. “And if they think it’s simple, you know, kicking them to the curb and calling them” weak “and” just get on the train because I say, “I don’t think it will play well.”
