For the first time in 38 years, the legendary Navy Angels will return to heaven over Harisburg this weekend.
The iconic Super Hornet fighter fighter of the US Navy of the US Navy F/A-18 will be among those present in central PA of PA.
Here’s what to know.

What kind of aircraft will be present?
Joining the Blue Angels in the show’s air will include the US Air Force’s F-16 demonstration team, acrobatic P-51, performing the acrobatic pilot Michael Gulian, the West Point Parachute team, The Air Force HERITAGE FLIGHT, Mark Medor’s performance Airbus H155’s State Lion and demonstration by the Airbus H155 Penn State Lion.
The blue angels last flew on Harisburg almost four decades ago in 1987, according to Records.
On Earth, the show will allow visitors to see several aircraft close, including the high-tech F-35 Lightning II Stealth Fighter, A-10 Thunderbolt II, F-16 Fighting Falcon, P-8 Stoseidon.
The show in Harisburg is the third stop for eight destination for the Air Dot show in 2025, which is the next one to Ocean City, Md., On June 14 and 15, 2025.
After Ocean City, the air show will be in Cocoa Beach, Florida, New York, Atlanta, Georgia, and finally Orlando, Florida, on October 25 and 26, 2025.
Are tickets still available?
Saturday Airshow tickets are completely sold out, but Sunday tickets remain available on Monday afternoon, according to the website.
Prices before the Sunday event start at $ 69 for a person who is $ 81.38 after taxes and fees, according to the website. The discounts were available to groups, the website said. For a group of six or more tickets start at $ 43.50 per person, with a group of six worth $ 311.24 after the fees.
The discounts before the ticket event ends at midnight on Friday night, with sales increasing prices on the same day.
Tickets are not available personally according to the website and must be purchased online at www.air.show/pa-purchase-chyts.
Children who are over 5 years old are free of general admission and do not need a ticket.
All tickets include parking in certain color coded parking areas that the attendees will be directed to the staff.
Airshow is not allowed to enter the Airshow website, the organizers said.
What can you bring to the air show?
Guests were advised to bring sunscreen, ears protection and a one -liter, sealed bottle of water, according to the organizers. The guests of a common intake were advised to bring their own chairs.
According to the organizers, pets were not admitted on air. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the event.
Organizers note that ear protection is “highly recommended”, especially for children under the age of five who could be scared of the noise of the aircraft.
External food or drink is not allowed except unopened, sealed bottles of water at a maximum of one liter per person.
Backpacks and bags will be allowed, but will be subject to security at login. Wagons and carts are allowed, but can also be sought.
Cameras of all kinds were authorized and attendees were encouraged to take pictures.
Personal tents, awnings and beach umbrellas are not allowed, although handmade umbrellas and shades attached to the beach chairs were allowed.
Barbecue grills are “strictly forbidden,” the organizers said.
When will the air show be held?
The gates open at 9am on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2025.
The air performances will be held between 12 and 4 pm in the days of the show, according to the organizers.

What should those in the surrounding area expect?
Residents in the area should plan to see and hear additional low -fly planes in the sky above the airport during the air show and the days leading to it.
“You will probably see planes that fly throughout the week before the show,” according to the organizers, noting that practical sessions will be held throughout the week.
Those in the area should also provide parachute demonstrations, with the West Point Parachute team being presented during the show.
The most busy hours of traffic, on Saturday and Sunday, are expected to be between 8am and 11am. Before the air show and between 4:00 pm and 18:00 after the air show.
Can you watch it from the river?
The viewing of an air show by a boat on the Suscahana River is authorized in a small area along the southwestern perimeter of the AirShow Aerobut Safety Zone, according to Airshow.
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission said the shamadas will be placed in the river to mark a temporary exclusion area, which will be active from 22 to 25 May 2025.
In the northwestern and southeastern AirShow safety zone, boats will not be allowed, and the southwestern perimeter extends to 12,000 feet from the flight route.
Parts of the River Suscahana will be closed to boats in the days of the event, along with the days leading to the event while the planes are practicing for the show. The secure area of the river will be actively patrolled by the authorities, and the activity in the area will be asked to move or face fines, according to the Fish and Boat Committee.
A card shows the area in which the boat will be restricted during training days and the days of the air show.
Will Harisburg International Airport close?
According to Harisburg International Airport, the airport terminal building, car rental agencies, concessionaires, parking lots and fixed operators will remain open during the show.
Access to the airport will only be limited to those with air show tickets, arrival and departure airline passengers, those who raise and drop off airline passengers or employees planned to work.
Some flights could have a delay in departure in case it takes more time than normal to get on an airplane, and some flights may be delayed if they arrive earlier than planned, according to the airport.
“The practice of the air show and the schedules to display the results were given to each airline planning department months ago,” the airport said. “Each airline has changed its flight schedules to minimize the impact on its planned flights.”
The FAA control tower will limit flight activity within a five -mile radius of airport during training sessions in the days leading to the show and will show performances during the shows of the show. Inbound and outgoing flights will be coordinated by the tower between practice and showing shows.
In addition, public road parking or privately owned, on or near the airport, is prohibited and will be applied during the show, according to the airport.
