It may sound stupid, but doctors say that frying streets after eating can help improve long -term health.
The “harvest dust” in the courtyard, alley or pedestrian walkway can improve the intestinal function, according to Dr. Tim Tiutan, a doctor of internal medicine at the Sloan Catering Memorial Center in New York.
“Walking after a meal promotes intestinal mobility,” he explained on Instagram Makara, “or our bowel movement to get rid of gas and prevent constipation.”
Tiutan said walking can help prevent blood sugar spikes, regulate the hormone insulin better and reduce the risk of cancer.
