“He didn’t even have his hands on her, but he raised my child as if she was Ragdol and stuck her to the ground,” says Erin’s father, Christopher Crowser. “I want justice.”

In the footage of the mobile phone, another officer standing in front of an officer who stabbed the teenager to the ground shows that he is missing his metal palm as it seems that the photos of the face are trying to get a better look at the girl while on the ground.
As for the 17-year-old herself, she says violence has been injuring her.
“From that day I was experiencing a lot of pain and I was afraid to fall asleep,” she explained. “If I go out, I even just take out the garbage, I’m scared because I don’t know what will happen to me.”
In a statement by the officers of the San Bernardino Police Department, the employee was able to place handcuffs on one of Erin’s hands when she was reported that he began to pull away and leave and then the officer used the removal maneuver.
The Erin family believes that the whole situation has been incorrectly processed and they call on State Prosecutor Rob Bont to lead an in -depth investigation into the incident.
“It’s not right,” said Erin’s grandfather Michael Phillips. “I don’t blame the whole police. I just want the one who felt forced to stab my granddaughter.”
A lawyer representing the family told KTLA that they intend to bring a case against the police station.
