Dr. Mohammed Enaat, the founder of the longevity clinic, says he has turned his “biological age” up to 17 years.

He told Business Insider that the supplements are part of his routine for longevity.

It accepts B complex and folate, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids daily.
Mohammed Enaia has access to all sorts of experimental anti -assiscing treatments at his clinic, but the major part of his longevity routine is quite cheap and affordable: supplements.
Enaat told Business Insider that his most new tests for “organic age”, taken 18 months ago, said he was 24 years or 17 years older than his chronological age of 41 years. There is no consensus on how to determine or measure the biological age, but Enayat uses respectively glycanage and strokes that measure inflammation and epigenetics, respectively.
The primary medical doctor, who is also the founder of the London Hum2N longevity clinic, has been carefully monitoring his health, using wearing technologies, including a URA ring and a strap with tires, plus regular blood, urine and microbiome tests.
Enayat changes its routine for longevity, including the supplements it takes, depending on the results. But he has taken what he sees as his “basic” supplements, B complex and folate, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids, daily in cycles over the last few years, he said.
“Although I believe these supplements have supported my biological age for the age, I credit them as a component in a much broader frame,” Enaiah added.
In general, nutritionists recommend that people prioritize their nutrients from food and supplementation if they have disadvantages or are not able to eat certain foods.

B complex and folate
Enayat takes vitamin B complex and a folate supplement.
“I have a defect in a methylation gene, which means that my homocysteine, one of the markers, rises high, which is very pro -inflammatory. So to download this, I have to be a good B complex and a folate addition,” he said.
High levels of homocysteine can increase the risk of blood clots, heart attack and stroke. But you can lower your levels by supplements and eating foods that contain B vitamins, including fish, poultry, legumes, seeds, eggs, dairy products and leafy greenery.
The broader, the studies are associated with vitamins B with a better mood and the prevention of dementia, but more studies are needed.
“Even without a methylation gene defect, I would still consider taking methylated in complex, especially during periods of high stress, poor sleep or intense workouts, as they increase the demand for vitamins B,” said Ena.
Enayat accepts supplements and makes regular treatments for “bio -syrvination” in the hope of slowing down aging.Hum2n
Magnesium
Magnesium is found in legumes, dark foliage, nuts, seeds and whole grains. It plays a key role in many biological processes, including the construction of strong bones, regulation of blood sugar and blood pressure and muscle function.
Enayat magnesium is below the recommended level, he said because he doesn’t get enough from his diet. This is relatively rare – about 2% of Americans have low levels of magnesium. For this, he takes a form of magnesium called bisglicinate because it is easier to absorb the body. “It works really well to raise my levels,” he said.
When he picks up magnesium, he discovers that his muscles hurt less and he falls asleep easier.
Omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids found in foods, including oily fish, nuts and chia seeds, are associated with better heart health, lower inflammation and lower blood pressure.
Enayat has naturally low levels of omega-3 fatty acids, so it accepts a daily supplement. There is serious evidence that suggest that eating fat fish a week is protective against cardiovascular disease, but it is unclear whether it is in addition to the same protection.
However, there is some evidence that suggests that taking Omega-3 supplements may have counteracting effects. A survey of 777 participants with an average 75-year-old, published in the Nature Aging magazine earlier this year, found that those who consume Gram Omega-3s every day have lower “biological eras” than those who are not.
