A woman’s heartbeat in Alabama as a husband accused of being a “ex -sniper of the army” by ice

A supposedly former army sniper detained by ice agents in Alabama may now be forced to leave behind his pregnant wife as he is facing deportation.

Ribir Karimi was among a group of 11 Iranian citizens who were arrested over the weekend and accused of illegally in the country, the Ministry of Interior Security reported.

The arrests came after President Donald Trump ordered a series of strikes against Iran.

Karimi “according to the reports served as a sniper for the Iranian army” between 2018 and 2021, DHS said on Tuesday.

After his arrest on Sunday, the man was accused of owning an Islamic Republic of the Iranian army. He is currently under arrest where DHS has said he will remain waiting for a removal proceedings.

DHS on Tuesday released a picture of Karimi as one of 11 Iranian citizens detained by ice agents over the weekend (DHS)

Karimi is said to have joined the United States last October on a K-1 visa, which is issued to a foreign citizen who is a fiancé or fiancé of a US citizen. The document requires a couple to marry within 90 days after entry.

His wife, Morgan Karimi, said he had come to the United States so that the couple could marry.

DHS claims that Karimi “has never adjusted his status,” suggesting that the visa conditions have been violated because he has either failed to apply for a green card or has not married within the required period. The Agency did not provide additional information.

Morgan Karimi, however, competed that she and Karimi married within the 90-day window and that her husband missed in the immigration repression of the Trump administration.

The resident of Blunt County, who is 31 weeks pregnant, revealed that she first met Karimi online in February 2019 while playing Call of Duty Mobile, according to a website dedicated to the couple’s wedding.

The couple had to tie the knot on February 22 at Blounttsville.

“He came legally to the United States on a visa for the K1 fiancé. We followed all the rules-married within the 90-day window, just as we should have done it,” Morgan Karimi told her husband on Facebook a legal basis. “We did everything on the book.”

Morgan Karimi has requested financial assistance from the local community to hire an immigration lawyer to “fight for his freedom and to keep our family together.”

In another Facebook post on Tuesday, Morgan shared the installation of photos of her husband, who plays several items of clothing decorated with a banner with stars. It seems that a video shows that Karimi is running around, fun, waving the American flag.

“There is no one who deserves to be here more than this person. He loves our country,” she writes.

Morgan said she was able to contact her husband in the ice arrest, who said she was worried about her and their unborn child.

Her Facebook page chronicles the couple’s relationship and their efforts to achieve a visa for Karimi.

On April 18, Morgan shared a photo of an ultrasound scanning the baby’s baby.

On September 21 last year, she asked for recommendations on how the couple could make their wedding more accessible “because the visa process is not cheap.”

Three days later, Morgan said that Karimi’s visa is “Finally approved”, adding: “Let the wedding plan start!”

According to screenshots shared in her Facebook profile, Karimi’s case was approved on January 3, 2023. His visa application was first received in September 2021, according to social media publication.

In a photo of August 2022, Karimi was shot with a T-shirt clearly marked with a black and white American flag on her chest. In May 2021, Morgan Karimi updated her Facebook status to say she was engaged.

After almost a dozen ice arrests over the weekend, DHS gathered behind its aggressive immigration raids, fighting to get the “worst of the worst.”

“According to Nov Secretary, DHS is a complete throttle to identify and arrest known or suspect terrorists and violent extremists who have illegally entered this country have entered through fraudulent programs for the conditional release of Biden or otherwise,” said DHS Tricia McLa -Sector.

“We say we get the worst of the worst -and we are.”

Independent contacted DHS for more information.
