“In the light of the unique and exceptional nature of the investigated issues, President Trump has determined that an allegation of an enforcement privilege is not in national interest and is therefore not justified in specific subjects within the Chamber Supervision Committee,” the letters said. “These topics include your assessment of the suitability of former President Biden for the President’s Office and your knowledge of who exercised the executive powers during his administration.”
